FACE COVERING UPDATE

Dear friends and family
Please note face coverings must be worn for visits, unless you are exempt.
Our policy on face coverings is under constant review but due to COVID-19 cases rising again in the community we must insist you wear a face covering and ensure you are regularly washing your hands when visiting the home. You may remove your mask when in a resident’s bedroom if you are 1m away from them.
I am sure you appreciate that we are dedicated to keeping our residents safe and to remind you if we have 2 or more COVID-19 cases in the home, residents or employees, then we are required to declare outbreak and lockdown the home, which would be devastating for the residents and families.
