Activities and Dates Spring 2019

It’s nice to see we have had some lovely weather lately. This can only mean one thing…… More trips into the community and more garden time soaking up the sun!

We’re currently planning trips at least once a week, as the weather becomes more ‘reliable’ we’ll be adding more to our schedule.

Most recently we have been Animal handling at Pets at Home, and visited St Martyrs Catholic Church in Goring to see the Sistine Chapel ceiling.

We’ve also been to the local park and fed the ducks, we’ve been shopping a few times and of course stopped off for the obligatory tea and cake. Rain hasn't stopped play either, there have been some scenic drives around the local area, including Littlehampton Seafront and Arundel.

Our residents have enjoyed numerous visits from Ballroom dancers and singers; and even a visit from 2 exceptionally cute Alpaca’s and a miniature pony!

Regular keep fit classes have been added to our activity schedule as these always prove popular, as well as Communion.

Friends and families are always welcome to visit, and of course you can join in too when activities are going on; so here are a few dates for your diary:

Our Amazing Animals (small animal handling) 26th June.

Elvis IS in the Building 14th June.

Cheryl’s Vintage Jukebox 7th June.

And the big event of the Summer, our Fayre on 20th July!
